I love the Stampin'Up! Banner Simply Created kits. I have used the banners but have designed my own accessories with Season of Style Designer series paper, Cherry cobbler 1" stitched edge grosgrain ribbon, Silver 1/8" ribbon, Festive Flurry framelits, Snow Flurry die (retired), Designer rosette die, Gift bow die, Cherry cobbler, Old olive, Early Espresso ink and cardstock,1 3/4 circle punch, scallop circle die, Typeset alphabet dies, sponge daubers and hot glue.

Just a close up of the bows on the top of three pennants......

The rosettes with festive flurry framelit die cut......

The banner will be pride of place in my house this year and many more to come.....It was great fun to make...

Happy Christmas creating !!!

Workshop WOW!

I recently held a workshop for some special Ladies and we made this wonderful gift box and card set. The tutorial was purchased from the talented
Tanya Bell at StampingT. I just changed the designer series paper and made a simple bow.

I really appreciate all the talented craft ladies that make tutorials for us to buy. I can use my time teaching and creating ** smile**

The gift box and three cards

The simple bow created with the Stampin'Up! Bow Die

I used the Winter Frost Designer Series paper for this set. White, Smoky Slate, Silver Foil and Pool Party cardstock.

Teacher gifts

Hi everyone....As it is getting closer to Christmas and the end of the school year in Australia. I thought I would share a little teacher gift that is a HUGE hit.........

I cased some of the aspects of this from Splitcoaststampers but I put the little owl in an acrylic photo frame and made him a Post-It Note Holder for the desk.

Lots of teachers and office people would love this.

Cardstock: Black and yellow for card and any colours for the book and owl ( use up your scrap box ladies)
Ink: Whisper White and chalk marker
Stamp Set: A dozen thoughts.
Acrylic photo frame and adhesive cable clip

Happy 70th Birthday Dad!

 Karlee, Grandad and Allanna

A big Happy 70th Birthday to my wonderful Dad, Keith Biddle. He truly is the best father and grandfather anyone knows. He has been a great role model for my daughters as they have grown up. We love him dearly.

The new Stampin'Up! Gift Bow Bigz L Die on page 37 Holiday Catalogue is this seasons MUST HAVE PRODUCT...

Great for making your gifts look extra special. You can use this die to make a large assortment of fancy bows and lots of other projects too.

I used the Seasons of Style designer series paper for this bow. The centre was created with a 7/8" circle and a large rhinestone. The thank you is from the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set.

Witches Brew

Everyone that knows me....knows I love my Off The Page Projects. These are my MOST favourite things to make. When I saw the Stampin'Up! Witches Brew Designer Series Paper this year....arrrr I just flipped. Off to Big W to buy a 12 x 12 shadow box and devoted both pieces of Witches Candy paper to my project.

I fussy cut lots of the elements from one piece of DSP and mounted them with dimensionals, coloured some words with my pumpkin pie pen. I used candy dots in pumpkin pie and very vanilla to put in the centre of the dotted lines. I also put crystal effects on the spider at the bottom to make him bubble out.

I used some pumpkin black dots paper and covered the photo mount inside the frame.

I hope you like how it turned out.....I'm THRILLED to bits. Soon I will have no walls in my house left to hang frames on....hahaha

Now back to making my Halloween goodies for the Trick or Treaters......
